Training Teachers.Good questioning techniques

So this week I've been I Madrid five days on an intensive teacher training course where we breathed,  lived,  ate, drank and slept AFL for five whole days.
We focused on assessment techniques, effective questioning using blooms taxonomy as our base to work on higher thinking skills in the class (HOTS)  when most of our working day is spent asking (LOTS) lower order thinking skills.
Good verbs we need to be using for questioning are the ones from the Hots  synthesis, evaluation  analysis and application and not Knowledge and understanding where we usually get stuck. So remember people be a hot teacher!!!!!!
