I went to the beach with my family.  I went swimming in the sea,I played  in the waves, I went fishing and sunbathing.  I made sand castles in the sand.
Where did you go last year on holidays?
I went to London.  I went sightseeing .  I saw Big Ben I took photos and I bought souvenirs.

What's the difference between Madrid and Alicante?
In Alicante it's hotter in the summer and in Madrid there are more people and  there is more traffic.  In Alicante you can go to the beach but in Madrid there is no beach.
In Alicante you can see palm trees and eat delicious paella.
In Madrid you can eat chick pea stew called "Cocido" 

Where will you go on holidays this summer?

This summer I am going to my village in the countryside.
I will play with my cousins.  I will go on picnics and I will ride my bike.  I will celbrate the local fiestas going to the bull fights and  dancing and listening to music in the street. 


I will go to the beach.  I will go by car and I will stay at a hotel.  I will swim in the sea , and play ball on the beach.  I'm going to eat nice food in the small restaurants on the beach too.

How will you celebrate your birthday?  I will have a party with my friends we will play games like tag, xbox or Nintendo  and we will eat hamburgers pizza and birthday cake.
Tell me about a festival you have been to recently?  I went to an Easter festival.  I saw a religious procession and I saw people dressed up with cloaks and masks.  We ate special cakes  and no meat.
How do you clebrate christmas in Spain?  At Christmas we have a big dinner on Christmas eve with the family and we eat meat and shellfish and special cakes. We give presents from Santa and the three wisemen.  We eat  12 grapes on the 31st of December.
What presents do you want for your birthday?  I want a bike or a mobile phone for my birthday. 
 What are you going to give your mum/dad/brother for their birthday?  I will give my mum some flowers.  I will give my dad a t.shirt.  I will give my brother a football.
 What was the best present you got for your birthday?  The best present was an ipad./bike/mobile.
How often do you go to the cinema?  I usually go once a month with my family.
What do you prefer cinema or computer games? I prefer cinema because I can eat popcorn and no one talks.  I prefer video games because I can play with my friends and talk.
